Il y a 75 ans, André Citroën présentait au monde la « 7 », la première Citroën Traction Avant. Cette année, dans le monde entier, on a fêté cet anniversaire, avec l’apothéose des 75 Heures pour 75 Ans à Arras au mois de juillet. Pour conclure cette année de célébrations, les Tractionnistes de tous les continents on été invités à sortir le dimanche 20 décembre 2009 pour immortaliser leurs Tractions devant des monuments ou lieux de leur choix, afin de composer un « album du souvenir » qui rallie idéalement tous les amants de cette voiture exceptionnelle en une grand parade virtuelle sur les routes du monde. Merci, André Citroën.......... 75 years ago , André Citroën presented to the world the « 7 », the first Front-Wheel Drive Citroën, the famous Traction Avant. This year, this anniversary was celebrated around the world, with the high point of the 75 Hours for 75 Years in Arras (France). To end well this year of celebrations, Traction owners from all continents were invited to bring their cars out on December 20th 2009, to immortalize their Tractions in front of a landmark or monument, so as to compose a “memory photo album”, which ideally brings together all the lovers of this exceptional automobile in a virtual parade on the roads of the world.
